Dan Weiss
,President and Founder
Dan Weiss founded Adatasol Inc. in 1993 with a clear mission: build software that solves real business problems for real people.
He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University, and that background continues to shape Adatasol’s human-centered approach. We begin by understanding how people actually work, then design systems that emphasize usability, adoption, and practical value over unnecessary complexity.
Dan is also a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, where he strengthened his expertise in growth strategy, financial management, and operational scaling. That experience deepened his understanding of the challenges facing growing businesses and continues to influence how Adatasol helps clients use technology to improve operations.
